We are growing and will be looking to fill positions for graphic and web designers, developers, writers, marketers and account managers in the future.

Client Account Manager

The Client Account Manager is the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients and the internal owner of delivery coordination. This role ensures clients feel informed, confident, and supported—while keeping projects on track, within scope, and profitable.

You are not expected to create strategy or execute marketing tasks. Your job is to manage communication, coordination, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 6–10 active client accounts
  • Lead weekly or bi-weekly client check-in calls
  • Set and manage expectations around timelines, deliverables, and scope
  • Translate high-level strategy into clear action items for execution teams
  • Proactively identify risks or issues and escalate early
Delivery & Coordination
  • Coordinate work across contractors and internal resources (ads, email, SEO, web, design)
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies
  • Ensure work aligns with approved scope and strategy
  • Maintain clear documentation of decisions and next steps
Systems & Process
  • Keep HubSpot records clean and up to date (tasks, notes, pipelines)
  • Use project management tools to track progress and accountability
  • Support ongoing improvements to agency workflows and AI-enabled systems

Margin & Scope Protection

  • Monitor scope creep and flag out-of-scope requests
  • Support leadership with change orders and upsell opportunities
  • Help ensure accounts remain profitable and well-managed
What This Role Does Not Do
  • No sales closing or prospecting
  • No ad management, copywriting, or creative execution
  • No strategy ownership (strategy is led by the President)
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years experience in account management, client success, or agency operations
  • Experience working with CEOs, founders, or senior leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Genuine interest in outdoor, hunting, and shooting sports
  • Working knowledge of:
    • HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub)
    • Klaviyo (email and automation fundamentals)
    • WordPress
    • Asana
  • Familiarity with BigCommerce and Shopify is a strong plus
  • Digital marketing agency experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with regulated or enthusiast markets is a plus

Ideal Candidate Profile

You understand the outdoor and shooting-sports customer base and respect the industry’s culture, products, and values. You are calm under pressure, direct without being abrasive, and comfortable holding boundaries.

You think in terms of outcomes, not tasks. You do not need constant supervision and are comfortable making judgment calls.

Contract Graphic Designer

Location: Remote
Type: Contract / Project-Based

Role Overview

Garrison Everest is seeking a reliable contract graphic designer to support ongoing client work across digital and print channels. This role focuses on execution—not strategy—and works from clearly defined briefs, StoryBrand messaging, and brand guidelines.

You will design visual assets that are clean, on-brand, and performance-oriented for outdoor, recreation, hunting, and shooting sports brands.

Responsibilities

  • Design marketing assets including:
    • Email graphics and layouts
    • Print ads and marketing collateral
    • Website and landing page designs
  • Execute from provided briefs, wireframes, and brand standards
  • Prepare final files for web, email platforms, and print
  • Make revisions efficiently and professionally
  • Meet deadlines and communicate clearly with the Account Manager

Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating email, print, and web design
  • Experience designing for performance-driven marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma
  • Understanding of basic UX and responsive design principles
  • Experience working with WordPress and CMS-driven sites is a plus
  • Interest in outdoor, hunting, and shooting sports is preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
