Castle Pines Village Realty (CPVR), formerly Castle Pines Marketing came to us to assist in the branding and positioning of CPVR as the leading realty firm in Castle Pines Village. Garrison Everest helped them define their unique selling proposition (USP) and messaging, then designed their trademark, website, marketing collateral and signage. Coventina is an exclusive community being developed just south of Castle Rock, Colorado. Calloway Corporation; the holding company of Coventina and member of the JFO group, approached Garrison Everest to assist them in defining their brand story, message and the various tactics including tagline, website, trademark and marketing collateral. Coventina is set to launch in 2009. We are currently working with Calloway to develop all of the needed elements needed for launch. In 2007 we co-wrote, produced and directed a promotional video which was recognized by the Davey International Awards.
