Breakthrough has over 13,000 members and over 50,000+ people who receive founder Jonathan Roche’s daily motivational emails. NEWO continues to change hundreds of people’s lives through fast and effective interval workouts.
Through our efforts, BreakthroughHW was able to sell its Momentum brand to Weight Watchers in the Summer of 2008 – validating Garrison Everest’s brand development process. In the process we are terraforming a new category in the health and wellness space through interval workouts.
